Daniel James

Daniel is the founder and manager and has been a PT for over 10 years. He first discovered CrossFit 5 years ago and has never looked back since.


His goal is to provide the best possible gym/studio experience out there. Great classes, plenty of equipment and friendly staff.

Ed Brown

Ed first started working in the fitness industry over 10 years ago. Initially working as a PT, then going on to become a manager at a local gym, Ed brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Ed teaches 5 days a week, both morning and evening classes and is available for 1-1 sessions.
